Positions are all day from 8:30 - 4:30.

  • Marina Green – Entrance Gate Greeter
  • Marina Green – Ticket Taker
  • Marina Green – Bar Assistant/Runner/Ticket Sales

Administrative Support Volunteer Needed ASAP

We are currently looking for administrative support for Fleet Week. 

Volunteer Benefits

  • Resume bullet recognizing your volunteer experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting the planning of a major community event

Commitment Details 

When Needed: ASAP 

Time Commitment: Approximately 6-10 hours total (can be completed within the next few weeks) 

Volunteer Responsibilities

  • Review the master contact list and verify that individuals are still serving in their listed positions
  • Reach out or confirm updates as needed
  • Update any outdated information or note any changes needed
  • Help ensure our records remain accurate and organized
  • Support the team with important behind-the-scenes administrative tasks

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys helping keep information accurate and up to date. Your support will help ensure our team has reliable information and current records as we continue planning and coordinating. 

San Francisco Fleet Week succeeds with the support and participation of volunteers in all aspects of the show’s production. Friendships are built and memories are made during the shared experience of presenting this event to the public. We invite all members of the community 16 years old+ to apply for available positions.
