AIR SHOW Volunteer
Volunteer Opportunities (as an individual; groups - see below) with the Air Show + Fleet Week Festival as:

HAV / STEM Volunteer
Volunteer Opportunities with the Humanitarian Assistance Village (HAV) + the STEM Education Center as:
- INFO Booth
- STEM Ed Center / Docent
- Parking Control
Opportunities are also available with The Center for Humanitarian Assistance in the lead up to, and throughout Fleet Week between October 6th – 14th, 2019, including: Veteran programs, Softball Tournament, COMREL events, K-9 Heroes: Bark at the Park, High School Band Challenge. Air Show Merchandise / Concession Fundraising
Get involved in a fundraising opportunity at the 2019 San Francisco Fleet Week celebration, and Air Show, October 11th, 12th & 13th.
Any groups or organizations wishing to raise funds for charities or clubs and organizations may staff a Merchandise or food booth at the event. The minimum age requirement for insurance purposes is 16 years old.
Merchandise booths will be set up, maintained and our partner AirWare will provide all product and inventory. Merchandise booth staffing requirements are 8 persons per booth and groups must be prepared to staff their booths for all three days of the event. Groups will receive 8% of gross sales after sales tax from their respective merchandise booths. Each Booth will assign a Booth Captain who will receive training in inventory and cash procedures Opportunities exist to have your organization recognized with your banner hung on the side of the booth and information flyers made available to the patrons. All banners and flyers require prior approval.
Concession booths will be set up, maintained and The Air Show Network will provide all product and inventory. Concessions require 12 volunteers per day and groups must be prepared to staff their booths for all three days of the event. Groups will receive 10% of gross sales after sales tax from concessions.

San Francisco Fleet Week succeeds with the support and participation of volunteers in all aspects of the show’s production. Friendships are built and memories are made during the shared experience of presenting this event to the public. We invite all members of the community 16 years old+ to apply for available positions.
