Choose an offer that works for your business. A discount, special menu, added benefit, or unique experience can all be a meaningful welcome.

Before you submit

  • Have your business name, phone, website, and street address ready.
  • Describe your offer in 50 words or fewer, including valid dates, restrictions, and how to redeem it.
  • Specify who qualifies: for example, active-duty military, veterans, first responders, government employees, or all customers.
  • Tell visitors what identification or proof they need. Submit a separate form for each business location.
