CONCESSION FUNDRAISING

Get involved in a fundraising opportunity at the Fleet Week San Francisco Air Show
October 9^th , 10^th, and 11^th , 2026.

Our Air Show succeeds with the support and participation of volunteers in all aspects of the show’s production. Friendships are built and memories are made during the shared experience of presenting this event to the public.

 

WHO

Any groups or organizations wishing to raise funds for charities or clubs. Organizations may staff one of our merchandise booths at the event. The minimum age requirement for insurance purposes is 16 years old.

 

WHAT

Merchandise booths will be set up and maintained by The Air Show Network, with all product and inventory provided. Booths require 8 volunteers per day, and groups must be prepared to staff their booths for either Saturday and Sunday or Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event. Due to traffic and parking challenges, shifts are not permitted - full day volunteers are required. Groups will receive 8% of the gross sales after sales tax.

Friday, October 9^th, Saturday, October 10th, and Sunday October 11^th, 2026

Registration/Check-in is at 7:30am for team leads and 8:00am for all other volunteers.

Booths open at 9:00am
