In Navy, Coast Guard, and Marine Corps tradition, a “liberty” pass is an authorized break from duty — a short time to relax, recharge, and experience the world beyond the base or the ship. During San Francisco Fleet Week, the Liberty Guide extends that same spirit of welcome across the city.
This year’s guide features special offers and discounts from local businesses, restaurants, and attractions—all eager to show appreciation for those who serve. And for the first time, every participating business has extended its offers not only to our visiting Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen, but also to veterans, first responders, and all who serve in local, state, and federal government.

For the duration of Fleet Week, October 6th through October 12th, military personnel in uniform are eligible for a complimentary ticket on a San Francisco Bay Cruise, plus 1 companion ticket. Tickets available at Box Office.
For the month of October, first responders (fire fighters, police officers, harbor police, USCG, EMT’s, active military and veterans) with valid identification receive ONE complimentary ticket on our San Francisco Bay Cruise. Tickets available at the Box Office.
